Manjunath began his career with a program to empower women and improve the quality of their lives at an NGO. What began as a community project lay the foundation for a career in Human Resources. He began his journey in the corporate sphere where he worked on designing compensation & benefits plans and organizational structures. Over the years, he has worked across sectors including manufacturing, retail, information technology and textiles. Hands-on experience in strategic staffing plans, total rewards, talent management and L&D.
Manjunath has been a part of Group Meeran since 2021.
