An Alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, George Thomas began his career with Hindustan Unilever Limited (then Hindustan Lever Limited) in 1982 with its food business division. After working with India Value Fund Advisors for several years, in late 2011, he founded CapAleph Advisors India Private Limited, a PE fund. He is also a partner of Menterra, where he leads the initiative to build a deep past-investment operating team and deepen the fund-incubator platform. He has been a part of Group Meeran since 2015.
