Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
To achieve/exceed the secondary targets assigned by the company.
Plan and implement coverage to increase the distribution of Eastea products.
To efficiently run the company vehicle to drive profitably on each route.
To visit a minimum of 50 outlets per day and achieve minimum productivity of 60% of the outlets visited.
Familiriaze and book all the Shop/outlet orders thru SFA/SCA tools.
Maintain excellent rapport with key outlets in order to build volume.
To service all outlets by ensuring the outlets have fresh stocks and are updated regularly.
To report the completion activities and rates as per the timelines.
